Vision for Future Growth

The Learning for Life Partnership wants to grow as an organisation and collaborate with other schools that have similar beliefs to us. We anticipate that we will grow through three possible ways:

 

  • Free schools – we want to be in the position to offer local solutions to local problems. If there is a need for a new provision, both mainstream or SEN, we would look to put in applications to provide new schools
     

  • Convertor academies – If like-minded schools wanted to join us then we would welcome discussions with Headteachers and Governing Bodies to see if we can match your expectations. Convertor academies would add strength and capacity in order for the trust to deliver its aims
     

  • Sponsor Academies – we would look to support schools who are experiencing difficulties in order to secure their future and provide the best possible experience for their children
     

No matter what kind of school joins us we believe that each school is individual and needs to meet the needs of their communities.  We deliberately chose the name of The Learning for Life Partnership as we see growth as a partnership. A flexible approach to leadership structures and where appropriate each school has the maximum amount of autonomy.
