Staff Forum

Our staff forum meets at least once every half term and is made up of representatives from all operational levels of the organisation.  It is a key tool to make sure that we understand the reality of working for the Partnership and that the culture of the organisation is correct. The forum provides an opportunity for the members of the forum to represent their school teams, talking openly and honestly with the most senior members of the executive leadership team about both positive and negative issues that are affecting the school teams.  The forum looks to consider ways to improve the operational management of the Trust or to capitalise on any identified strengths, ensuring every employee has a voice and that they feel safe enough to share their experiences and thoughts about working for the partnership.
