The Learning for Life Partnership

Mission, Values, Aims and Goals

The Learning for Life Partnership Mission

This is WHY we are here:

Working in partnership to improve life chances for all

What does this mean?

  • All children are equality important – not just the ones in our schools
  • We work together in partnership – not as different institutions
  • No single academy is the most important
  • We share our experience and our practices, not just inside our Trust but in the wider system

The Values that run through the Trust are:

  • Integrity
  • Aspiration
  • Respect
  • Courage

All stakeholders within our Trust are expected to behave in line with these values

To deliver:

  • Aspirational Education
  • Inspirational Leadership
  • Effective Partnerships

The learning for Life Partnership has a strategic goal alongside each of the aims that all academies in the trust are working towards and that build the basis of the trust’s strategic plan:

Aspirational Education

Goal – Progress measures in each school to be at least good across reading, writing and maths at the end of KS2 and maximised outcomes at all key stages in line with national data sets

Inspirational Leadership

Goal – To establish and embed a leadership and governance structure to have the capacity to deliver aspirational education within the financial constraints of the organisation

Effective Partnerships

Goal – That all stakeholders understand the trust’s culture and ethos and it is evident our commitment to equality and diversity
